On a return visit to the moon astronauts, led by the stalwart Hank Armstrong, discover something really weird--a large footprint--and are then attacked by what look like dinosaurs. They get their shuttle out of there. Meanwhile, in rural Texas, a small alien craft crash lands. They invade a young woman's home and seemingly attack her. Then, a huge ship appears from behind the moon and breaks up into smaller, huge crafts that hover over every major city. What do the aliens want? Well, they aren't aliens but intelligent dinosaurs who have spent the past 60 million years in hibernation--and they want their planet back. Of course, there are some friendly ones, who simply want a chunk of land to call their own, and the more aggressive ones, who want to eliminate humanity.
This manga graphic novel is entertaining--and a great idea, sort of like INDEPENDENCE DAY meets JURASSIC PARK. What's really cool is the dinosaur's organic technology, living weapons such as the Podraptors and Seismisaurs. Recommended if your a dinosaur and/or alien invasion fan.
