This one-shot comic, based on the famous painting by Frank Frazetta, has a wolfman and Dracula dueling it out in 1849 Moldavia. Nicolae is in love with Marta but he transforms into a beast during a full moon. To complicate matters, Marta's parents want to introduce her to the new rich guy who has moved into the old local castle. Unfortunately this is Dracula and he wants to suck her dry. Nicolae finds out about this and confronts the Lord of the Undead. Although these aren't the Universal Monsters incarnations of these characters the book does have that feeling, which is cool.
