The story revolves around two brothers. One is a chain-smoking, jaded Priest, the other a classified government agent. There's a rift between the two because the agent had stolen the other's girlfriend and married her. In fact, that's the reason he gave up women entirely and became a priest. However, the adventurous brother is killed and his ghost inhabits his brother. The combination of the two creates a new creature, "Haunt", which I guess can be best described as like Spiderman's living black costume since it actually moves around. The design is similar to SPAWN. No duh because McFarlane started off on SPIDERMAN and created SPAWN.
I had a hard time with this because it's a very unrealistic situation in regard to their "normal" behavior. When we first see the brothers together the agent is confessing to the other, like he would a normal priest, which makes no sense. And the priest brother would have never passed become a priest because he is so miserable and unpleasant. The guy just doesn't give a crap about anyone.
Overall, I was disappointed by this, as it seemed rushed and an amalgamation of everything from Spiderman and his living black costume to SPAWN.
