Author: William R. DantzThis is the best killer shark book I've read since Steve Alten's MEG. Here, scientists at the SeaLife Institute are creating intelligent sharks by giving them some of the characteristics of dolphins. In addition to larger brains they also hunt in a pack, able to communicate with each other via sonar. And the scientists have also given them unlimited growth potential so there's no telling how large they will get.The main story concerns a married couple who run a diving company in the Florida Keys. There association with the SeaLife Institute is that they had rescued two dolphins they were experimenting on. And those experiments had to do with training the dolphins to plant underwater bombs. These dolphins become integral when there's the final confrontation with the sharks. The book has a quick pace, interesting characters and keeps you hooked, no pun intended.
