Jumper: Jumpscars (2008)
Fiction Review by The Gravedigger

Jumper: Jumpscars (2008) This graphic novel is a pre-quel to the movie adaptation of JUMPERS, told from the perspective of the Paladins. A girl named Jessica is recruited and on training with Roland (portrayed in the film by Samuel L. Jackson) to track down and hunt down Jumpers, which they believe to be a threat to all humanity. In the present, she's assigned to track down David Rice, who robbed a sealed bank vault in New York City, and she has flashbacks to an earlier assignment, in which things went horribly awry. She was in search of a Jumper and suspected the wrong person.

This isn't as good as the movie or the original novels upon which they are loosely based, but it's interesting to see the story told from a different perspective.
