This hardcover from Marvel features stories with their main monster characters, such as Morbius, Werewolf by Night, Frankenstein's Monster and Man-Thing. The first half of the book has recent interpretations of the characters, most of which are lame. In the first, brief, tale, Jack Russell saves a female werewolf from being killed and rides off in the distance with her on his motorcycle. Eh. Then, the Frankenstein Monster story has the creature taking refuge in a church--and having to deal with some religious politics. The Man-Thing story is the weirdest, with a crazed botanist serving the monster as a meal to his dinner guests. The ZOMBIE tale has Simon Garth finding true love and another has Dracula fighting against his vampire daughter, Lilith.
The second half of the book reprints two stories from the one-issue 70's magazine, THE LEGION OF MONSTERS, with a Frankenstein tale, the first (and I think only) appearance of the underrated Manphibian, Then there's the reprint of MARVEL PREMIERE #28, which is THE LEGION OF MONSTERS comic. It features the team-up of Morbius, Werewolf by Night, Man-Thing and Ghost Rider. To stuff some pages of the rest of the book there are a few THE SCARECROW stories. I am NOT a fan of this character.
