This graphic novel from Image Comics very much reminded me of the movie THE THING THAT WOULDN'T DIE, when a scientist's wife is in a car accident and he just manages to save her head. In this, though, he brings her back to life, albeit she is different than the woman he loved. For some reason this doesn't seem to matter to him, that she's not anything like his lost love (?).
