Tried but couldn't get into this one. Just too much slow moving shit for the first hundred pages or so before even a glimmer of something interesting shows up and even that didn't interest me much...
A good natured single woman meets a guy on a cruise ship and their relationship culminates into a full-blown romance. Turns out, this guy is her childhood idol, a famous rock star turned horror film actor. Things get a bit more complicated when his dark past begins to surface...
"Serpent's Tooth" just wasn't my 'thing'. The writing is good and slightly erotic at times, which was okay. People into light "horror" themes and literary romanticism may dig it, but my personal preference in reading material is bit more selective.
