Although I think it's unnecessary that this DESTINY series was a bit overlong and probably could have been contained within the pages on ONE book, this third installment of the series is the best as it presents the final war between the Federation and the Borg. Billions of people are killed throughout the galaxy! Author David Mack manages to pull off a resolution to the conflict that not only makes sense--it's ultimately satisfying and changes the STAR TREK: TNG universe forever. This book is a must if you're a TREK fan.
