Creator John Byrne presents an interesting superhero team whose members are known as Rock, Paper and Scissors. Rock is a "Thing"-like, rock-like creature, Scissors can turn his hands into blades, and Paper is like a flat, 2-Dimensional version of Mister Fantastic. As you can guess, there are strong parallels to the Fantastic Four, including a skull headed Nazi villain (a cross between Doctor Doom/Red Skull), a deep sea Humanoid (Sub-Mariner) and an alien that is very Galactus-like. There are some cool twists, such as Rock's human alter ego turning out to be a young boy. I'm a fan of Byrne, so this book is worth it for just the artwork alone--but I was entertained by the story. If you're in the mood of a superhero tale that doesn't require too much thinking you should pick this up. Recommended.
