Story: Joe R. Lansdale

I think just about every scenario has been done with the zombie genre and this one-shot comic is not different. A double amputee Veteran wakes up in the hospital needing his pain medication and gets in his wheelchair and heads down the hall to find a doctor since no one is answering his call button. But there's a zombie with a half-gnawed arm coming towards him--and a buxom brunette nurse comes up behind it and bashes it in the head with a fire extinguisher. She fills him in on what's happening--that zombies are invading the hospital and how she heard it was because of a government created virus that was sexually transmitted--and given to the enemy overseas. But the soldiers brought it back with them.
So this guy and the nurse are joined by two other injured Vets and they have to figure out a way to get away from the hospital because the zombies are getting smarter by the minute and they will find a way in...
