Black and white, maybe late 50's.

A girl using a dowsing rod to look for water finds something evil. They dig it up despite her plea's and find the severed head of a man. The man's head speaks in whispers, hypnotising anyone who see's him. He was in search of his decapitated body.

I remember the movie terified me as a kid, and have thought of it several times over the years. It had to be early 70's when I saw it. guessing it to be late 50's early 60's. Seems like it had an odd title.

I would love to see it again after all these years.
