Foreclosure, a new horror film produced, written and directed by award winning filmmaker Richard Ledes is slated to shoot March 2010. Foreclosure centers around a broken family striving to stay together while the curse and ghosts of a haunted house try to tear them apart and features a build to terror at its core. Foreclosure is story based horror as timely as its title.
To introduce the film, Rot and Decay Films released a teaser on the new site www.ghostsdontmoveout.com.
For the teaser, Ledes enlisted a few of his favorite collaborators, such as cinematographer Steve Kazmierski (TRANSAMERICA, YOU CAN COUNT ON ME) and composer Robert Miller (WHIP IT, TEETH).
Michelle Williams and Meat Loaf starred in Ledes first film, A HOLE IN ONE, about a woman who wants a lobotomy in 1953, and Frank Langella and Elliott Gould shared the screen with Laura Harring in Ledes second film, THE CALLER, a detective story set in New York City. Both films premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and THE CALLER won the prize for Best New York Narrative.
