Pittsburgh, PA - Trailers for Cameron Romero's horror film "Staunton Hill" along with prizes and access to the cast will be at Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors at the Los Angeles Convention Center April 25-27.
Director Cameron Romero and his film's monster, B.J. Hendricks, can be seen at BOOTH 825 along with many stars from the film including Kathy Lamkin, Sherry Weston, Cristen Coppen, Kiko Ellsworth, Christine Carlo, Paula Rhodes Charlie Bodin, Cooper Huckabee, and David Rountree.
ABOUT THE FILM
When a group of travelers find themselves lost in the hills of Virginia, they trust in the simpler times of the late 1960's and the, now lost, milk of human kindness to help them survive.
The film stars Kathy Lamkin ("No Country for Old Men," "Boston Legal"), B.J. Hendricks ("The Great Buck Howard," The Screening") and Sherry Weston ("Big Love," "American Dad") as the family Staunton, whose staunch faith and slightly dysfunctional family model step to the aid of the young travelers.
Cristen Coppen ("Red Velvet," "Slap Me I'm French"), Kiko Ellsworth ("Bad Boys II," "Dexter"), Christine Carlo ("Nora's Hair Salon," "General Hospital"), Paula Rhodes ("Lions for Lambs"), Charlie Bodin ("Transformers") and David Rountree provide an ensemble cast of friends, lovers and travelers. Cooper Huckabee ("Foul Play," "Midnight Cowboy") brings an unsettling performance to his role in the film.
Cameron Romero is quoted as saying, "I hope that fans of the genre will enjoy this film as much I enjoyed putting it together. It's not my goal to make people jump out of their seats. instead I'd rather they walk away from the film thinking 'man, I just don't feel right.' I'd prefer to morally upset people who see this movie and make them think a bit rather than try to jump start them at every corner."
Producer, Chris Lombardo said, "An interesting cast of unique characters awaits the audience who may never have so much fun being part of murder."
