Want to see a man's life in a constant downward spiral from childhood to serial killer to vampire? Then you need to check this movie out. This poor guy Joel has it rough from the start and meeting a female vampire named Rachel doesn't help much. Well, actually it helps him become a sociopath who grows into a murderer. Joel also has the good luck to run into another wonderful vampiress named Angie (Rachel's sister?) later in life and soon becomes one of the undead as well. Though he doesn't seem too happy with it at 1st, what choice does he have after the fact? Joel's dysfunctional relationship with these two (and other women) and his mental decline make for an interesting film. You probably will want to watch it more than once just to get everything straight and to check out the ladies. A good amount of blood and some decent acting, photography, and direction make this one of the better direct to video tapes i've seen in a while. Rent when you can!
