In this Albert Pyun direct-to-video feature of the week Natasha Henstridge is a member of a futuristic police force who is hunting a mutated killer that threatens the world. Whew. There's also the back story of how the world is now contaminated by biological warfare and many people who are infected are kept behind huge walled-in areas of the city, away from the healthy humans. Anyway, it's Henstridge's goal to take her sick son to a safer, healthier place and somehow finding this insane murderer will make her closer to this goal. About midway through Christopher Lambert appears, looking as if he stepped onto the set of the wrong movie (maybe they told him it was HIGHLANDER 10!). There's lots of gunfire, people running around inside big abandoned buildings and the savage killer is nothing more than a bald guy with bloodshot eyes and really bad teeth.
