All of the Earth's Super-Villains were captured ten years ago, making Super Heroes unnecessary. So the government is discontinuing their funding. One super-powered man, Fridge (he can freeze stuff) is contacted by his friend C-Thru (he can see through walls) to meet him at a secluded motel in rural New York. C has captured the villain, Shrink, who killed Fridge's Super Hero parents and is allowing his buddy an opportunity for revenge. But heroes don't take lives, hence the dilemma. Besides, something else is going on an Fridge is part of a greater conspiracy.
Although this is a fairly low-budget movie, it's extremely entertaining and clever, up there with THE SPECIALS, SUPER and even THE INCREDIBLES. Highly recommended.
