A woman (Amanda Plummer), on her way to pick up her younger sister (Fairuza Balk) in a small western town, is run off the road by a crazy driver and rescued by an odd Doctor (Robert Forster) who just happens to be driving by. There's an immediate attraction between the two but something is up with the Doctor--is he who he says he is or is he the serial killer that's reported on the car radio? This is a pretty weird movie, sort of like TWIN PEAKS crossed with THE HITCHER, and definitely worth checking out for the cast alone. Directed by Paul Chart.
