This is a very well done sequel to the first movie, this time concentrating on a different hospital and different characters. A secret society of physicians, called anti-hippocratics, consisting primarily of medical interns and run by one of the hospital's doctors, is doing experiments with replacing muscles with fake ones, which are much stronger. All of the interns involved are also volunteering as guinea pigs for the operations. But people start to be murdered and the newest member has second thoughts about his involvement. Franka Potente, the star of the first movie, makes a brief appearance here as the woman who is uncovering this international medical cult. Highly recommended.
