Takes place four years after the end of the fifth season and involves a war with the Drakh's, who have inherited technology from the Shadows. A A technomage by the name of Galen (Peter Woodward) appears on the Babylon 5 Station and predicts their imminent attack. The characters featured are President Sheridan (Bruce Boxleitner) and Michael Garibaldi (Jerry Doyle), who are having dreams about them. They manage to drive them away but not before they unleash a biological weapon into the atmosphere.
This movie seemed a bit needless to me other than that it serves to lead into the series CRUSADE, which is about a ship seeking a cure for the virus that the Drakh contaminated the Earth with. Also, the Drakh are probably the least impressive aliens I've seen depicted on the Babylon 5 series.
