This may be one of the worst sequels ever made, as the story and situation doesn't even compare to the first film. Catherine Tramell (Sharon Stone) is arrested in London for being responsible for the death of famous soccer player. She is driving the car when it goes off the road and into the water. She swims away and he drowns, possibly because he was given a drug that paralyzed him. She gets an evaluation from the psychiatrist the police use and eventually becomes involved with him. Then other people start dying. When I was watching this I kept on think of how old Sharon Stone must be....she doesn't look bad in this but it doesn't work to the advantage of the movie.
