Samantha Kingston (Zoey Deutch) is a high school senior who seems to have it all. She belongs to the right click and has a popular boyfriend that all the other girls envy. But this has come at a price, as she soon finds out. She goes to a party where she's supposed to lose her virginity. Instead, it's there an unpopular girl is taunted and she doesn't do anything to help her. On the drive back she and her friends get in a violent car accident. In the next instant she wakes up, to repeat the events of that same day. She tries to do things differently but it has the same result-them dying in a car crash. So in the next go round she doesn't go to the party. She still ends up repeating the day...over and over again, until she becomes angry and jaded. How can she stop the loop from repeating?
