This TV pilot, based on Michael Crichton's WESTWORLD, isn't a bad idea for a television series. Immediately following the revolt of the robots from Westworld, John Moore (Jim McMullen), who is the Delos Corporation's head of security, is called in to investigate. He and his colleagues discover that the person responsible for the robot malfunctions is a man named Simon Quaid. He's the one who created the robots in the first place and is ticked off that the Delos Corporation chose to use his creations for entertainment, rather than society-changing, purposes. In this first episode (I believe there were a total of six made) Moore is kidnapped and nearly killed by both "the gunslinger" and a robot rattlesnake. He and his team discover that Quaid has planted a robot aboard a nuclear submarine and must stop him from nuking a coastal city. In fact, Quaid has hundreds of his human looking robots planted among humanity, programmed to do his bidding. And each robot must be dispatched in a different way, which gives a unique way to destroy them in each episode.
