The premise here is that a group of beautiful women escape from a vampire (Lorenzo Lamas) who is keeping them captive in his house. But before they escape, they steal "The Book of the Dead", which has a spell which will enable them to become full vampires, and therefore become beyond his control. They are thralls, not quite human, not quite vampire, but a creature caught somewhere in between. One of the women invites her younger sister to visit, with the intention of telling her what she has become. She does this at a huge party they are throwing, which is a means for them to take blood from humans without killing them. But things get sidetracked when the vampire master shows up uninvited.
This is an entertaining vampire movie, along the lines of the Grace Jones starring VAMP.
