Never did see this forgotten gem of a film back in the mid 80's. Wish I had, because it's a damn good one. The plot was simple but effective as a shitty looking excuse for a rock group heads into snow country to film its music video. Unfortunately for these dimwits, forty years earlier, a woman and her kids have hidden themselves in a nearby factory after she killed her drunken bum husband aboard a train they were hobo hoping (so it looked to me). The family fled the tracks and lived in seclusion, until the band and its bimbos show up. I take it hiding out all those years made the kids a little nutty, cause they waste no time in killing off the 'intruders' once they stumble into their home. The body count is high and the methods used both interesting and gory. The hook booby trap was particularly cool. The men of the family look near zombie-like with their crusty looking faces patched from exposure. You'll see a couple sets of tits between the gruesome scenes to hold you in place, the ladies aren't bad looking either. This films shines mainly in its brutality though. Search high and low for this movie, it's worth the effort and have a neck snapping good time.
