Although this movie has recently been packaged together with the three blood island movies, it has nothing in common with those other than being produced by the same company, Hemisphere, having some of the same actors and the word "Blood" in the title. It was even shot in California, not Philippines.
The premise is that the brain of a Middle Eastern leader is transplanted into the body of a deformed man by a crazed scientist and goes berserk. Grant Williams (THE INCREDIBLE SHRINKING MAN) portrays the "good" scientist and Kent Taylor is the mad scientist. There's even a dwarf medical assistant (Angelo Rossito), who wants his brain transplanted into a normal body but the Taylor tells him he wouldn't be able to trust him if he was in a normal-sized body.
