This zombie film had potential, but the final thirty minutes were a big let down. It started out pretty good, but the plot is just badly written and not acted well at all. Lots of sub-pots that never get tied together or finished make the movie seem like it may have been rushed. Tom Savini is in it for like 10 minutes, but he told me to throw my copy in the trash. I take it Tom wasn't too happy with Children's outcome either. It did have a few decent elements that make it marginally worth viewing such as make-up FX and some gore. Overall, it was silly and the zombie making zombies outta some dumb teens who die in an auto accident mugs for the camera way to damn much. Rent this and see why the Dead trilogy is still so much better than everything else made in the U.S.A. since. I guess you could say give the makers of this an a- for effort and a c- for results.
