Miles O'Keefe (TARZAN THE APE MAN) portrays a poacher whose friends are killed by the sasquatch creature, Taka-he. He's so stupid he goes back up to the mountain where his friends were killed with another group of guys, only to have a repeat episode. And he blames the American Indian ranger for his problems and wants to shoot him.
Then there's the four teenagers who go into the same woods to finish a high school report on endangered animals. They hope to see a Grizzly bear and they do. They also see something else, a man-like creature who is totally pissed that they are up on his mountain.
This movie is fairly contrived and the creature looks too familiar, too much like a Neanderthal text-book depiction. The movie is just okay.
