As a STAR WARS movie this is kind of disappointing as you simply get the feeling this is "filler" that takes place between the last two STAR WARS movies. I much preferred the cartoon CLONE WARS that aired on Cartoon Network several years ago.
The premise is that Jabba the Hutt's infant son is kidnapped by the Rebellion and it's up to Anakin and his new student, a red-skinned, tentacled headed girl named , to rescue the larvae. Dooku is involved in the kidnapping, of course and he makes it look like the Jedi Knights are responsible for the kidnapping.
The robots, the scenery, the ships all looked like they are supposed to but all the human characters are too stiff and stylized--it kept on reminding me of those puppets from THUNDERBIRDS, so it was far too distracting. It's also weird that one of the Huts looks and sounds just like Truman Capote, probably the most disturbing thing about this movie.
