Ronald Cromwell is a serial killer who has a lot of sexual/emotional problems which ultimately end in him killing someone. Basically, he goes from acting violent to acting like a baby--and everything in between. While I kind of found the whole serial killer aspect somewhat cliche, I did like the shooting style and the editing of the movie, which makes for a surreal experience.
