A popular female rock group, in the midst of a possible break up, decide to lay low for a while at a secluded house in the desert. It seems that their songs about death and dying are encouraging their fans to do the same. In fact, the younger sister of the lead singer tried to do just that-and was committed to a mental institution. Feeling guilty about all this the lead singer decides to take her kid sister along to the retreat-but strange things start happening. One by one people start to disappear. Is it the slow witted handyman, a vengeful fan, the sister, or one of the group members themselves? After watching this movie you will realize how unoriginal SCREAM and I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER truly are. DEAD GIRLS is a slasher movie actually made in the 80's that still holds up ten years later! Rent this out instead of seeing SCREAM 3!
