So far this is the best independent horror movie I've seen in 2003. Two guys and their girlfriends go in search of a hidden stash of gold in the desert but come across this dried out looking corpse on the way. And it looks like a mummified alien. So they haul it back to their grandmother's house and put it in the shed, deciding what they're going to do with it. This body may bring them more money than that gold they were looking for. The guy who first touched the alien starts having hallucinations and starts seeing through its eyes. It soon possesses him, as in your Linda Blair EXCORCIST type possession and those always creep me out. One by one the others in the group are affected and some are killed. This is an extremely engaging movie with likeable characters, good looking babes, a spider-dog monster and an unpredictable story with a satisfying conclusion. Directed by Ben Juhl, who also is one of the leads. For more info check out www.twilightshow.com
