This newest flick from Happy Cloud Pictures is, truthfully, not for me. It's a "horromedy" (horror/comedy) that takes place within the confines of a small town bowling alley that's run by a group of female demons. Two of the waitresses/workers, Lisa and Taffy, are having problems with some of the other college-aged women, who make fun of them and taunt them. Lisa is sort of "big boned" and Taffy is a nerdy Asian.
The demons want them to make a wish, which will turn them into demons and give them more power. While Taffy goes at it with a gung-ho attitude Lisa doesn't want to kill anyone, particularly the one guy she's in love with.
There's nothing wrong with this movie other than I didn't think it was funny. And the multi-screen images throughout were more distracting and made me think of the series 24, which I don't like. However, it is cool seeing all these "Scream Queens" together in one movie--Debbie Rochon, Brinke Stevens, Amy Lynn Best and Lilith Stabs.
I do recommend Happy Cloud Picture's SPLATTER MOVIE, though.
