This is Universal's (Remember the Universal Channel?) syndicated half-hour Saturday morning version of the vampire legend, which pits the Count against a gag of children/teenagers. It is exceedingly tame, even for children. Dracula, now a world-renowned billionaire who has overcome his aversion to sunlight, is confronted every week by the gang, who prevent his taking over the world. The Monster Squad this is not. The only thing I found interesting is that every time Dracula disappears he doesn't simply transform into a single bat--rather, he changes into a cloud of tiny bats, which scatter in all directions.
