A kid named Forrester is sent to this harsh reform school/prison called Driftwood after his parents (Marc McClure and Liz Shaye) read his journal, in which he's thinking about death. They lost their older son to an overdose and they don't want to lose him. The guy who runs the place is an ex marine named Captain Kennedy and he treats them like crap. Forrester keeps on seeing the ghost of another boy, who was killed there. He was killed by Kennedy and wants this fact to come to light. He wants revenge.
Good direction and characters, though these type of "Reform School" movies aren't a lot of fun. Still, DRIFTWOOD is a decent movie.
