This isn't a very pleasant movie to watch, so you really have to be in the right (or wrong) frame of mind to watch this. In Hong Kong a Chinese man kills his lover and her husband and is about to killer their daughter by dousing her in gasoline before he's interrupted. Skip ten years to where he's working as a restaurant cook in Johannesburg, South Africa. He's even fouler, an extremely unlikable sociopathic character. On a trip to pick up some pork meat for the restaurant he rapes an African native, who happens to be contaminated with the Ebola virus. Although the mortality is nearly 100% (only one in 10,000,000 survive) he is immune and becomes a carrier, spreading the disease to the restaurant's patrons. He becomes more insane, kills his boss and his wife and then grinds them into hamburger and puts them on the menu. Then, he returns to Hong Kong, where he's indentified by the young woman he had almost killed years before. From this point it's a chase to stop him before he contaminates everyone in Hong Kong with Ebola. This movie is in the same vein as 'I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE' and 'NEKROMANTIK'. Only for those with strong stomachs.
