From that title, you'd expect a gore fest like no other. I had always heard and read what an 'extreme' film this Japanese thing was, but after viewing, I'd say I wasn't all that impressed and just a tad confused. What were all the underground tapeheads talking about? I mean it does a have a couple gory moments, you can count them on one hand, but nothing really all that great. It never really explained what the fuck the damn man/monster was either. All that being said, there is one cool reason to watch this thing, actually maybe two, tons of hot, naked Japanese chicks in some damn good soft-core sex scenes. There's plenty of that here and the killer also goes around raping all the girls with a huge dick, they seem to enjoy it for the most part though after it starts, unlike Kobe Bryant's last date. Those wonderful nudey and sex scenes kept me going until someone got killed. There are also two fairly memorable scenes in here that are worth remembering. The crazy pro wrestling scene where a skinny dude puts some poor chick through a multitude of holds until she pisses herself livens up the 1st part of the movie nicely. The nympho crazy chick who masturbates with a severed hand has gotta be seen to enjoyed. She, and only she, has her guts pulled out after fucking the monster dong man/monster. So perhaps the title is misleading, as the entrails actually come from a slut, not a virgin. One cool thing about this film is that it is done with a bit of style. Needed more gore to make it truly as cool as everyone claims though. Thank god for the sex scene!
