Movie Review by The Gravedigger

This 6 minute short from David Lee Stewart (CONCEALMENT, CONFINEMENT) is a bit different from his other films, in that the style is "exaggerated". A young couple, hand in hand, walks across a field towards a forest. The viewer hears what they are thinking, which is basically a lot of mushy thoughts of how much they like-and love-each other. She thinks that he may be the perfect one, yet as the movie goes on she thinks about all her other "perfect" boyfriends and how they cheated on her and betrayed her. And as she thinks this she visibly gets more upset and twitchy. The guy, on the other hand, just thinks how great she is, so he doesn't at all expect what she ends up doing to him. I won't tell the ending, but it's not totally surprising. I've seen this same story done a few times before, though this time it's one of the (no pun intended) executions of the subject matter.
