Dan Curtis' three-hour version of Mary Shelley's novel, has Robert Foxworth (Death Moon) as the Doctor and Bo Svenson as the monster. Carrie Fisher is the Doctor's girlfriend. The film lacked spark but was faithful to the novel. As with Curtis' Dorian Gray and Dr. Jeckyll & Mr. Hyde adaptations, this was shot in video so it has a "Soap opera" feel to it. aka The Wild World of Mystery: Frankenstein. » Search Database for Frankenstein (1973) Seen it?
