The 80's was an awful decade for music, but pretty damn good for horror movies. Funeral Home has that dark feel to it that alot of movies during that decade shared. Even with a lack of much blood and the addition of some slowly unwinding plots this movie still is good. Take a big-breasted Canuck and her crazy grandma, put them in a boarding home (which just so happens to have once been a funeral home) and people are gonna die. Give this flick a chance, it just might suprise you. The name alone should peak any eager horror fan's interest.
