This short, about a gardender gone awry, features some great effects by makeup effects artist Doug Agosti. The most memorable is a guy buried up to his neck on a lawn and the garden killer mows him over--the only thing left is the lower half of the man's head, spurting blood. The story is interspersed by horror host DR SHOCK (who had his own show in Toledo some years back), who is a bit similar to THE GHOUL from the 70's, another Ohio host.
