This sixty-minute DVD features a gang of "Classic Monsters", which include a Frankenstein monster, a Dracula wannabee, a wolfman and a depressed zombie, who is both physically and mentally falling apart. Almost all the shorts are in black and white and, along with the soundtrack of modern Surf and Rockabilly songs, successfully creates the mood of such movies as THE HORROR OF PARTY BEACH. Although some of the shorts are just so-so, the majority of them are funny and entertaining.
If you enjoy THE MUNSTERS or the old Saturday Morning THE MONSTER SQUAD show, you'll love THE GHOULIGANS.
