This is very much along the lines of THE BEAST FROM 20,000 LEAGUES and REPTILICUS. A giant reptilian mutant has appeared off the coast of England. It's so radioactive that it literally fries anyone who comes in its path. While I do have a fondness fro stop-motion animation, these effects are mixed with puppets of the creatures head, which simply doesn't work, as it looks too fake. » Search Database for Giant Behemoth, The (1959) Seen it?
