Although Gary Busey appears in this for only the first five minutes as a crazy serial killer, it's a great five minutes--and he does do the voice of the insane cookie man he comes back as. The premise is that he is caught and put to death - and his mother sends his ashes, labeled as "gingerbread seasoning" to the bakery where he committed his last crime. What happens is that his spirit animates this gingerbread man and he tries to kill the people who work there. Simple enough.
The movie is along the lines of Chucky, though Full Moon didn't quite have enough dough to pull off the needed special effects.
