This one has it all - zombies, necrophilia and some gruesome special effects.
A young medical student in early America has a "Frankenstein Complex" and wants to bring the dead back to life. He comes across a Necromancer who may indeed have that secret, but he's skeptical at first. However, once he meets and old man and his young wife in the woods one night he's convinced of the truth of it, for the woman goes to the nearby graveyard to make love to her previous, deceased husband. Although the ending isn't exactly a big surprise it is disturbing, especially the part with the baby.
Directed by James McNaughton (HENRY: PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER), based on a short-story by Clive Barker (BOOKS OF BLOOD).
