It's the near feature and the sun has scorched most life from the earth. There's a man and two sisters who are living out of their covered car, traveling from gas station to gas station. They've heard that there's life and water in the mountains and that's where they are headed. At one of their stops they meet up with another guy--and at first he seems a threat. But they end up taking him along and he's indispensable in protecting the women. The trouble they encounter is other humans, cannibalistic humans. This apocalyptic movie is very much like the movie The Road, though not as engaging.
