There's all this voice-over on how people 'want to find truth' et cetera, which also makes it really pretentious. And the cult leader of a particular coven, named BLOOD, is portrayed by Australian actor Trevor Goddard (MORTAL COMBAT), who is way too old for the part of an angst ridden youth. And no matter which way you cut it, there's absolutely nothing threatening about a guy in mascara.
