Another Asylum produced rip-off of a big Hollywood movie, this time I AM LEGEND. Mark Dacascos (CROW: THE SERIES), a former special ops soldier, is living alone ever since a plague turned everyone into these type of zombies. They are sort of scabrous looking, their spines stick out of their backs and they go out in the daylight, not just at night. He gets a message on his computer, from a woman who needs help. About the same time two soldier-type guys appear in their van, saying they are on their way to help her, too. It turns out that she is immune to the plague and that she's going to a community where they might be able to make a sure from her blood. But, surprise, those guys in the van aren't exactly out to help her and it's up to Dacascos to save the day, though he gets infected with the mutant strain...
What a cheap-ass movie.
