A frozen woman, who is all gray and gnarly looking, is being transported via a plane to some military base where she'll be experimented upon. She's the survivor of some prehistoric, age-age race of beings who can freeze people by touching them. She awakens from her suspended animation mid-flight and causes the plan to crash in the mountains above a ski resort. There's a huge avalanche and the survivors are trapped inside. The scientist aboard the plane manages to survive-and he follows the 'Ice Queen' down to the resort, where she starts killing people. This is an Edgewood produced movie that doesn't quite rise to the quality of their previous features-or the box cover--and the majority of the miniature special effects, such as a pile of wrecked cars and the snowed in exterior of the resort-are pretty bad. Where is Brett Piper when you need him?
