Ever since the country of Malaria was covered by perpetual storm clouds the town has produced mad scientists' evil inventions so that they can blackmail the world into paying them NOT to release them. All the scientists have hunchback servants all called Igor. This one particular Igor wants to be a mad scientist and when the guy he works for dies in an experiment he takes over and creates a Frankenstein like woman named Eva. But Eva is anything but evil, which causes him all sorts of problems. I think this movie tries too hard to be NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS and in that regard it doesn't even come close. However, there are some chuckles, almost all due to the supporting characters, which include an immortal rabbit and a brain in a jar. It's also a hoot with Eva singing one of the songs from ANNIE. » Search Database for Igor (2008) Seen it?
